l think adam dunn,jake peavy cause there to cheap for tex

Well, they'd have to trade for Peavy, for starters. He is still under contract for many years with the Padres. Also, l am not sure Dunn would make sense with the Angels, especially since they have an abundance of outfielders already, & Dunn seems uninteresting in hitting DH this early in his career. The Angels always make promises about spending in the offseason, but despite their loyal fan base & sick influx of cash, the only free agent of any importance they've signed since Vlad is Torii Hunter - solid guy, but not on the same level of a Tex or Sabathia. Granted, they play in a laughably weak division, but they can not stay in standby mode until spring training. I'd expect trades rather than free agent signings at this point.

Yea if they do not get Tex back l think they will sign Dunn and put him at first base. l also think they got a good shot at getting Peavy because they play in Southern Cal where Peavy and his family live at,so theres a reason for him to lift the no trade clause.

Yankees
Astros
Cardnials

on the list he is willing to go to so yea that dosent work smart one


As for Dunn over Tex Dunn has alot of power & can crush the ball like no other but he hits for low average & strikes out alot

He will give u 40 homers a year but only 70 RBIs

Meanwhile if u get Tex he will over .300 with 30+ homers & 100+ RBIs

How do u not want Tex it is not like it is ur money
