It seems to be that all teams who lose end up losing because of one reason, they are overwhelmed. Will we ever see another World Series that keeps us on our toes?

at skool when we learn how to type and there is this little time line that says cubs wo not win world series until 2030 srry. l am a cubs fan too

Ya we have to that is the best part about the series. It makes it so much better especially when the d-back beet the yanks. l would not mind seeing the cubs win a game seven either

There will be a 7-game WS when either the AL drop the DH rule or the NL embrace it.
Otherwise the leagues are too different and unbalanced.

l am sure it will happen again. l just hope it happens in the near future. Nothing beats a game 7.

After the current CBA expires after the 2011 World Series, Fox will prevail upon still-not-retired (but he will after his new contract expires in 2017, u betcha) Commissioner Seligula to expand the Series to best-of-nine format.

Which he will. True to form, he will cite precedent & a return to the olde-tyme, historical format used in 1903, 1920, & 1921 (cleverly avoiding mention of 1919).

And then we will see lots of seven-game World Series, with the occasional nine-game nailbiter.

l hope so. Maybe some year the best teams will go to the world series instead of the teams that get hot at the end of the year.

Of course. The last one was only 6 years ago. Not -that- long. It is not like asking if we will ever see a.400 hitter again.
