Why would the Rockies trade Jeff Francis when ground-ball pitchers r so hard to come by?

What would the Phillies do with Luis Castillo? And why would they trade Victorino to their rival to get him?

The only realistic trade is the first one, but I'd find it surprising for the Rockies to give up Street for that package after giving up Holliday to get him.

And the Phillies would be stupid to give up Carrasco to someone else in the division. The guy is a top 25 prospect & prospect for prospect deals never work out for both sides.
