Ok well l recently bought a net and Im trying to develope fundamentals so l got a tee, now im wondering would a regular wood bat be ok batting from a tee or what about this ''fungo'' stuff is that a better choice?

l have never heard of practicing your swing with a ''fungo''.
As far as the wood bat goes.. l would definitely recommend that.
It weighs more than an aluminum bat, so you are going to develop more bat speed.

Fungo bats r used for FIELDING practice, not for batting. Coaches (or players) use a fungo to hit grounders & fly balls to fielders, during practice. They r not to be used for hitting, as they will break fairly easily with a pitched ball. They r too long & thin, but r easy to use when hitting a tossed up ball.

As far as using a wooden bat with a tee, it should be fine. Pros hit off tees with wooden bats all the time.

l would recommend using whatever type of bat u will be using when u play.
