Losing both Sheets and Sabathia, their rotation has been left vitally injured.

Who will be the new ace? Gallardo?
Should they re-sign Sheets?
What will they do about Prince Fielder? Will he go to arbitration?

Idk bout Prince but l really like Gallardo l think he has alot of potential, look for him to be an ACE in the future :)

Their history since 1908 is quite troubling to any baseball fan not influenced by Cubs hype

I've been thinking the same thing, contemplating, guessing, getting curious, upset.
Gallardo is a great young pitcher, but he is young, we need another Ace, badly. Even though Yovani has played very well, l am not exactly secure with him at ace just yet. l do not know how many games he will be able to pitch this year, & if he pitches over 200 innings this year, it is almost guaranteed he will be injured the next. What l am saying is he did not pitch many innings in '08, so now what happens is he comes back & pitches 200 innings & then hurts himself.

Next, re-signing Sheets. If that is still a possibility Brewers have to do it. They cannot rely on finding some else out there at this point in the game. Yes, he is injury prone, but he is a good pitcher AND he may not whine as much this year knowing that the next season if he remains injury free then someone will be more likely to pick him up.

Prince Fielder, it is looking more & more like arbitration at this point. l think he will go into arbitration, but l am not positive. Maybe the Brewers could make some kind of great deal for a pitcher if they avoided arbitration & traded Prince (this also is contingent on Sheets). However, l prefer Fielder to remain a Brewer. If he goes into arbitration, he will not like what is said, & he has that tendency to carry a chip on his shoulder.

gallardo, new ace if sheets can not stay healthy.. if they resign him.. and they better otherwise.. BOO HOO ANOTHER DIVISION TITLE FOR THE CUBS!!!!!!!!

Gallardo could be the real deal, but the Brewers' pitchers seem to have a history of injury once they have some success & never seem to fulfill their potential. (Sheets, Capuano, Gallardo, Cal Eldred, Teddy Higuera).

They need another strong starter & at this point l think Sheets is the best option if they can get him to come back. l would like to have him back, but l think he is burnt out on Milwaukee & would rather sign with almost ANY other club for 1 year & not have to deal with the same people complaining about his injurys. l think he was ready to check out of Milwaukee before the season ended.

Prince Fielder is represented by Scott Boras, l believe. Boras will keep his eye on the real money in 2 years. He will go to arbitration because the Doug Melvin refuses to overpay homegrown talent & will always underbid unless he can lock him up on a long term contract at the same time (Ryan Braun style). This PO'd Prince last season & he complained all through spring training about how he was not offered a larger contract. He will only stay in Milwaukee if he can get the big bucks. l think this will lead to the eventual trade of Prince, but to who & when, l have no idea.
