Is the business yours? Then maybe u want to keep the money in teh family. If its not and/or u need to keep peace & orderlyness in ur biz tehn u will want a close friend u get along with so that everythign goes smoothly. Besides, u will want someone u can talk to & not be bored or angsty around when you're workign. Environment is important.

Another idea might be hire someone completely new & get some new blood/new person in teh mix. But with the economy like it is, u may want to keep the cash flowing in a close cirlce ofo people u can trust & coutn on. In teh end its up to you, just ideas for consideration in ur decision

l would personally pick a friend. Here r my reasons:

Okay, so say u get in an argument with ur brother at home, or whatever, before work, or even during work, u really cant separate yourself from them, which is a very basic way to handle the problem, u also cant ignore them, because u need to interact with ur co-worker to be productive.

Working with ur friend implies, no matter how harsh this may seem, u get to work with someone u hand picked based on their personality to be ur close friend. Meaning u r very compatible. Your brother on the other hand, knows exactly how to get on ur nerves because hes ur brother. He is also the older brother, which may make him want to exert his ''older brother semi dominance'' over you. That is not cool because u got him the job, so technically u hold check over him.

i think picking a friend would be a better choice for you, l know l work with my friend Paul, & we always have funny inside jokes from working & stuff, & it just makes it a lot more fun. If l had to work with my brother, l would not have those memories, & l would probably be irritated with him a lot more.

pick someone who you know yourself would do an excellent job and isnt going to be lazy the whole time and let you do all the work, make sure he is good with math so he doesnt give more change back than needed, try to find someone who can talk because people who are not good at talking to people are not good salesman

None of them. Friendship and business do not mix well and it seems your brother would not be a good pick since you only get along with him ''sometimes''. Find some one who will take your leadership seriously. If you have a boss, let him find your co-worker, if it is your concession, ask the stadium concessions manager if he has some one to fill the job.

pick your bro because if something happens at your work and you fight, your bro will at least forgive you but if something like that happens, your friends might get mad at you and you can lose friends.
